1. Agreement

By downloading or using Tell Momo (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Who may use the app

Tell Momo is for people 18 years of age or older. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting notes or replies, you grant us permission to display that content to other users inside the app. You are responsible for what you share.

4. Community rules — zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for:

• objectionable, harassing, hateful, or threatening content;
• sexual exploitation or abuse;
• content that encourages self-harm toward others.

We may remove content and block users who break these rules. We review reports within 24 hours.

5. Subscriptions

Tell Momo offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase:

• tell momo premium — monthly — 1 month — $4.99/month (3-day free trial)
• tell momo premium — yearly — 1 year — $39.99/year (3-day free trial)
• tell momo premium — lifetime — one-time — $79.99

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

6. Not medical or crisis care

Tell Momo is peer support — not therapy, medical advice, or emergency services. Use the in-app SOS screen for crisis helplines.

7. Account deletion

You may delete your account and all local app data at any time in Settings → account → delete account inside the app.
