Is Tell Momo anonymous?

Yes. Notes and replies do not show your name or profile. Optional Sign in with Apple is only for account features and is not shown on notes.

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings → tap your account → sign out & delete. See Privacy Choices for details.

How do premium plans work?

Free users have weekly limits on notes, replies, and reads. Premium unlocks unlimited use and drawing redraw. Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Is Tell Momo therapy or emergency care?

No. Tell Momo is peer support and reflection, not medical care. If you are in crisis, use the in-app SOS button or contact local emergency services.

Restore purchases

Open Tell Momo → Settings → plan → restore purchases.

Crisis help

Tell Momo includes an SOS screen with crisis helplines by country. If you need immediate help, please use SOS in the app or call your local emergency number.
